2nd Transnational Project Meeting

TPM of the REFORM Project Held in Bratislava
The second transnational meeting of the project “We Want to Be Ready for Today’s Ever-Changing Life – Developing Skills of Persons with Disabilities for the 21st Century (REFORM)” was held on 6-7 June 2024 in Bratislava, Slovakia. The meeting started with the opening speeches of Ildikó Hanuliaková from SPLB and İlknur Ünal from GGEKSD.
On the first day of the meeting, the preparation process of the REFORM Handbook was evaluated and progress on the content structure, graphic design, chapter summaries and translation of the final electronic version into national languages was shared in line with the feedback from partners. In addition, the distribution of modules within the framework of the REFORM Blended Learning Training Program, module structure supported by short training videos, theoretical contents, activities and quizzes were discussed; translation processes, pilot implementation plans and evaluation methods of the program were discussed. The final structure of modules and topics and the timetable of sub-activities were approved. In addition, a Short Term Staff Training Event was planned with the participation of 2 experts from Slovakia and 3 experts from each institution in Turkey.
On the second day of the meeting, internal quality management, development of evaluation tools, financial management, budget and reporting processes were discussed under the heading of Project Management and Implementation. In addition, dissemination activities such as project brochure, social media activities, EPALE platform contributions, newsletters, website promotion, professional presentations and literature articles were evaluated within the scope of Dissemination and Promotion activities.
The meeting ended with plans for the project implementation process and clarification of joint contributions.
